Is there anything this woman CAN'T do? Singer, songwriter, actress, humanitarian Vanessa Williams has this week's throwback video. From her 1991 sophomore collection of music, here is Vanessa, the first female of African descent to be crowned Miss America in all her 90's glory with the title track "The Comfort Zone".

Check out this week's throwback video featuring a rap verse by Lil' Kim years before "Dancing With The Stars". Also count the cameo appearances. Here's "Get Money" by Junior Mafia featuring the late, great Notorious B.I.G.

One of the many girl groups of the 90's has this week's throwback. From their 1993 debut collection of music, "Hummin' Comin' at Cha", here's LaTocha, Tiny, Kandi, and Tameka collectively known as Xscape with the a cappella "Tonight".

Who else can overflow a tub of bathwater and walk naked down bustling city streets while acquiring clothes along the way to her man's house? No other than our 90's Throwback Artist of this week. Here's Lisa Stansfield with the 1973 Barry White remake "Never Never Gonna Give You Up".

One of my faaaavorite songs from this woman's collection of music is featured this week as a throwback. With it's simplistic, black and white video and thumping bassline, Sade serves sensuality on this piece. Here she is with "Cherish The Day" from her 1992 disc "Love Deluxe".

T-Boz, Left Eye, and Chilli brought the heat with their 1995 breakout hit from the group's sophomore effort, "CrazySexyCool". "Don't go chasing waterfalls. Please stick to the rivers and lakes that you're used to." How relevant to today is that? Here's "Waterfalls". Shout out to the director of the video, F. Gary Gray, who is in Philly shooting his next movie "Law Abiding Citizen" starring Academy Award winner Jamie Foxx.

This week's throwback comes from "The King of Pop" himself, Michael Jackson. Check out all the cameos, choreography, and Mike's hair in his mouth at the 5:35 mark. Seeing him in that video for the first time made me decide to grow my hair out. From 1992, here's "Remember The Time".
